Silicone Emulsion Defoamer

Introduction:
“Silicone Emulsion Defoamer” is highly Act ive & Effective Defoamer . It is an emulsion of Activated Silicone Oi l with blend of proprietary surfactants in Mineral Oil . It not only burst the Foams but controlsre-generation of Foam.

Dose Level:
Being very effective just 0.0 5 to 0.50% is sufficient to Defoam and control regenerat ion of Foam. However , final dose level will vary depending upon foaming tendency of the system, type & quantity of Surfactant present in the system. I t is suggested to determine Final Dose by conducting Trial /s.

Note:

1.  It is recommended to use “Silicone Emulsion Defoamer ” indiluted form (in water) and this dilution may be incorporated to the system with agitation to disperse thoroughly.
2. Al though it is supplied in stable form, it is strongly recommended to Shake or Roll the container before removing i t for use.
